What's the shipping port?

Typically Shanghai, China. Standard shipments depart from Shanghai, China. EXW terms available upon request — we can consolidate shipments per customer instructions.

What's the payment term?

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining 70% balance shall be paid when the goods are ready for shipment.

Yes, we offer both Mokichi®-branded products and private label (OEM) solutions. We can customize packaging, logos, and product specifications to meet your branding requirements.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For private label (OEM) production, the MOQ is 500 pcs per style and size. Mokichi®-branded items can be mixed across the catalogue, with a minimum shipment value of US$6,000.
