Yes. For OEM projects we produce to your size, material, colour, structure, logo and packaging specifications.

For ODM projects we can adapt an existing product from our catalogue or develop a new style based on your target market and price range.

Yes. We offer both Filex-branded stock products and private-label (OEM) production, including logo application, labels, barcodes, inserts and retail packaging.

Filex-branded stock items have no MOQ. For private-label (OEM) production, the MOQ is typically 500 to 2,000 pieces per size, depending on the product type and packaging requirements.

Yes. A sample fee applies, and it can be credited against your bulk order once the order is confirmed.

Samples usually take 10 to 15 days after the specifications are confirmed.

Mass production usually takes 45 to 60 days after deposit and sample approval. The exact lead time depends on quantity, materials and the level of customisation, and we confirm it in the quotation.

Standard packing is an individual PP bag with export cartons. Carton quantities and CBM are listed on each product page.

Custom packaging such as printed inserts, header cards, barcode stickers and colour boxes is available for retail and private-label orders.

Standard shipments depart from Shanghai, China. EXW terms are available on request, and we can consolidate shipments according to your instructions.

A 30% deposit confirms the order. The remaining 70% balance is paid when the goods are ready for shipment.
