What's the shipping port?
Typically Shanghai, China. Standard shipments depart from Shanghai, China. EXW terms available upon request — we can consolidate shipments per customer instructions.
What's the payment term?
A 30% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining 70% balance shall be paid when the goods are ready for shipment.
Do you offer private label services?
Yes, we offer both Filex-branded products and private label (OEM) solutions. We can customize packaging, logos, and product specifications to meet your branding requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For FILEX-branded stock items, there is no MOQ – orders of any quantity are welcome. For private label (OEM) production, the MOQ typically ranges from 500 to 2,000 pieces per size, depending on the product type and packaging requirements.
